St Columb’s Hall Trust, with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and thanks to Lottery players, are participating in a unique research programme focusing on the workforce of the future.
The “Heritage Innovation Fund” initiative is currently in the “Explore phase”, where the Trust will try to understand the role that technology could play in helping to change our delivery model to tackle workforce challenges of the future and to ensure the long term sustainability of this community asset.
Collaborating with a cohort of similar heritage organisations, the Trust will have a better understanding by the end of the programme on what tools might be available to prepare for its long term future.
